We are able to help our clients communicate with both the airlines and SARS. We ensure that our clients have a pleasant experience when dealing with us - both before and after they have received the goods.

  • Unaccompanied Baggage
    This is where the luggage/cargo is sent abroad on the airline without a person traveling with it. The baggage will be sent abroad for someone to collect at the airport of destination. If the client is also going abroad and is exceeding his/her limit, he/she may send the cargo/luggage 3 days before he/she leave so as to collect at the airport of destination or arrival.
  • Excess Baggage
    When someone checks in at the airport and finds that their luggage exceeds the weight limitations, we can send the excess baggage to the airport of destination for them. The cargo can then be collected from the airport of destination.
